HOW THE FEVER BEGAN TO RISE...

Stone Cold Fever has been rocking it old school with cutting edge cool since 2007. Gary Bouchard, vocalist and bass player for several local Long Island and central Jersey bands, knew who to call when he needed a guitarist for his 'dream band'. Bob Russell, a preeminent musician and veteran of several top acts including the legendary Jersey band “The Bangs”, accepted the invite, and an enduring musical partnership was begun. Gary and Bob forged the new band from a shared love of British rock and blues bands of the late 1960s and early 1970s, tempered by a modern, hard and heavy sound and attitude. The band was an irresistible mix of cool grooves and hot guitar licks. They borrowed the title of an old Humble Pie song to characterize this band that could cover it all - from new to old, from hot to cold . . . Stone Cold Fever.

The drumming of Ejvind Boccolini drives Bob's guitar and Gary's bass and vocals in Stone Cold Fever's emphatic redefinition of the classic 'power trio'In 2013, they finally captured the essence of their live shows in their self-titled debut CD release, and continue to bring their powerhouse performances to venues across the region.
